I grew up in Brownsville around people who work with their hands.
My uncles, my family, the friends I grew up with: construction, handyman work, side jobs. Honest, blue-collar work. Where I'm from, you do the job right, you charge a fair price, and you don't get paid again unless you do more work.
Then I got into technology: websites and automation. The more I learned, the more I saw service businesses paying for tech they didn't really understand. Some were paying every month just to keep a website they'd already paid for.
That's not how the people I grew up with do business. If a plumber fixes your pipes, you don't keep paying him every month for permission to use them.
So that's how I run YFS. I build it, you own it. You only pay monthly for things that actually cost money to keep running, and I'll show you exactly what those are.

Monthly only for what runs monthly.
A domain renews once a year. Texting back your missed calls runs every month, so it costs every month. Your quote lists every ongoing cost, who it's paid to, and how often, before you approve.
Nothing renews on its own.
New services run 30 days, then stop unless you say yes. There's no required YFS maintenance plan. Later changes are quoted first, so you only pay for work you asked for.
Delivery times start once you approve the design and send the details and domain access needed.

Do I pay for the demo?
No. You see a demo of your website before paying anything. No commitment and no credit card needed.
What's the difference between The Website and YFS Launch?
The Website is the site itself. YFS Launch adds what helps it bring in calls in the first month: 4 short videos, tracked links and QR codes, 30 days of missed-call text-back or a virtual receptionist, and a report showing where your leads came from.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not for the website. You pay for it once and it's yours. The only monthly charges are for things that run every month, like texting back your missed calls, and only if you say yes after your first 30 days. Your domain renews yearly, and your quote lists that cost up front.
What happens after the 30 days?
The text-back or virtual receptionist turns off on its own. If it's working and you want to keep it, say yes and it continues, from $49/month, and you can cancel anytime. If you don't say yes, nothing is charged. Your website keeps running either way.
What about hosting and future changes?
Your domain and hosting stay in accounts you control, and your quote lists their costs before you approve. Two rounds of changes are included before launch; a round is one combined list of changes. Later updates, extra pages, booking tools and online stores are quoted first, so you only pay for work you asked for. Third-party fonts and images keep their own license terms.
